Good morning/evening all, hope you had a great weekend. I was busy getting ready for summer here, temps are already in the mid 90s and it looks to be staying that way or warmer until fall. Here’s a pic of the ducks enjoying the new pool location and having some feeder fish yesterday.

Good morning y'all! Warmer temps seemed to have arrived here too, but can't trust it as we had late frosts up until Mother's Day last year

Also, finally at the 2-week countdown for goslings & ducklings to arrive! I'm both excited & nervous (but mostly excited) about the flock expanding

Yes. We rented a car and drove around for 10 days. It waa fantastic. I wish we had gone for two weeks. There were many things we missed.

I managed to snag some eggs at a good price this evening of a breed that I've been interested in for a bit, Tomaru Longcrowers.

So yesterday I'm potting up some seedlings and I hear everyone start freaking out with one of my girls (Popsicle) running away from the group. Well, she had something huge hanging out of her mouth & the rest of the gang were in hot pursuit. I spring up to see the fuss and see it's a large worm snake. I grab it from her, then everyone starts chasing me. I couldn't stop laughing, I'm sure the poor snake was not amused.
