To warm open cap, put the bottle into a small pan of water, heat at med temp, always test before use.
1 teaspoon to a very warm cup of water, it says vetrx mixes with warm water but lays on the top of cold.
You can also place a few drops right down the throat of your hens. also rub it over their heads and under their wings.it says you can even mix it stronger 1 teaspoon to half cup warm water swab throat and wash heads and eyes 4-5 times a day.
It says you can use it in cold water it will float on top and and get on the beaks and nostrils of the birds as they drink.
there is other directions too. flock care and use for a vaporizer for show birds so let me know if you need more directions.
Thank you, again.

Nothing like running over a 20pound dinosaur on your way to the shops. The heat has well and truly set in here and all the reptiles are active.

Oh no, what was it? Goanna? Perentie?

We don't have any native lizards here that get that large. One time though when a friend and I were driving home at night an owl landed literally right in front of the wheel of her truck and we went right over it, no time to react :(

I had to google what a perentie was, we call them all goannas. But, it was a normal goanna, not the petentie. It was almost off the road but then it heard me coming and turned to race back to the opposite side of the road, right in dangers way.

Good Morning Everyone,

Glad to not have lizards of the kind in the posts or the frogs. My phoenix are responding to treatment and are much better this morning. Using ACV in the drinking water and oral penicillin. The pullet is breathing quietly for the most part and acting normally. The older hen has a bit of diarrhea; likely from the change of diet-I hope.

This is the hen that's not doing well, with her brood of last summer.

Anyone know how I can get frogs out from under my house? They are deafening... they appear to have nested in the rain run off under there from the leaking roof in the centre of the house and have all developed into lovely be-bop-ing (croaking) adults this morning.
maybe once it dries out they will move on to where water is.

That's great news. Such a sweet pic of mama and chicks.
