7 weeks??! Oh my, that would have driven me crazy! And my parents! Then again, it's your Spring/Summer so the weather is different.

In my area, the kids usually are only off for two weeks, starting on the 23rd Dec.

Kids are excited to only have 2 days left of school. Then a 7 week break. How long do the kids over there get off between Christmas and new years?

6-7 depending where you are in the country. It's our summer break so if you are in the hotter part like we are you get extra week, and if you are in the cooler part you get 6 but then you get an extra week in winter

If i remember correctly, in Germany i had two weeks Christmas holidays, starting in the Christmas week until roughly January 6th. But we had six weeks off during Summer…
