Hunters were put last night, and a fox seeked refuge in our yard (hunters have to stay a2ay from the houses). Now he knows we have chickens. I don't want to keep my girls locked up again

Can you imagine how terrified that fox was? I'm sorry it chose your yard to hide in MW. I wouldn't want one in my yard either. We have them too but so far if one has ever been inside the fenced flocks property it has been at night never seen one inside during the day. Thank the Lord.

Didn't go to work yesterday. Barely slept. And stayed up until past 2 am watching stuff with my bf (he streams it over Discord). Then rabbits made an escape attempt and woke me way too early.

Well just a bit of joy that I have learned from my new runners. They poop straight down! No poop covered walls. The big ducks found the dew berries growing in front of the barn. I dont think they left any for me. Berry duck poop projects way out.
