I have a LOT of turkey poults right now. Luckily some are already spoken for, haha. And the goose eggs I took from the nest after the geese hatched their gosling have been hatching, as well. Just had another one hatch last night. Gonna have to move them to a bigger brooder.

The replacement runner eggs came in and, happily, no already started eggs.

I also did a thing and ordered some Malay eggs for myself. I have been wanting Malays forever but could never find a source. Well, the opportunity came up, so I jumped on it!

... and i am worried about having four ducklings of unknown gender and two broody ducks sitting on an unknown amount of eggs…

Are you growing your bird's feed yourself? - Just saw the new price for sunflower-seeds, $28 for 30lbs…

After asking my friend with the many wiggely giggely goggely arms, i found this:

We need to feed ten dozen chikin eggs to our friend @Canadian Wind, strap him to an aircraft and have him out these fires!
I am baffled! Here it really smells like an open fire nearby and remember my nose is already burnt by all these dux-eggs!

We'll get these storms in the evening, already have flash-flood-, wind- and hail-warnings posted here. And the are cranky as if there's two feet of snow on the ground!

I've got a graduation party I am getting ready to go to and hoping to make it back in time before it hits here. We have been so blessed though by no tornadoes, poor Texas and a lot of the other states. I feel so bad for them. High heat, no power, we are so lucky here so far. My ducks will miss me if I don't make it back.
