I’ll have to check them out if I look for more because as we know I have two drakes and two female Rouen and the two drakes like one Rouen best so I may end up having to add more females I’ll get a female or two runners maybe but most wont ship out only two

Something I've thought about doing before was making an ad on craigslist and try to find 1-2 other people to split an order with. Depending on what everyone wants, it'd be much cheaper, especially for shipping.

Def shipping was high for making a small order. Today is old Timey day on the square in town so we’ll go up an walk around. They will be making apple butter. Grinding corn for corn meal an grits and making candles plus some years they have live animals too. Old tractors and cars! Your on a roll Chris with building I enjoy seeing what your doing.

That sounds like a nice way to spend a day. I haven't had a good homemade apple butter in around 5 years.

Mary and Jonah are going to go meet up with her Sis and spend the day together. I'll be here playing with the tools, watching the birds. This evening I'm going to a friends house for a big dinner. There's about 7 people going, most of us are born in Aug/Sep, so it's like a collective birthday dinner.

I didn't really know what I was doing when I started, but I'll have to admit, it's been fun. The birds seem to have taken to both structures pretty fast too. I've already seen 3 different birds use the piece I made yesterday.

Lol, that's part of the reason I ended up with so many ducks. When I made the original order with the "small package" fee, it was the same price as 15 ducks w/o the fee. So I ordered 15. Then there was a bad hatch, so they split my order in 2 shipments, sending 2 extra ducks on the 2nd portion.

Err, I've got a confession to make... Remembering my order, and doing some math I've realized I have 21 ducks, not 22.
17 from Cackle, and 4 Peking from CL.

Wowwww 22 ducks oh my goodness are they free range?

Yes they are. All the birds minus just a couple free range during the day, and go to the Shack or a coop.

Well I mostly got rained on today. Didn't get much wood work done, but i got a nice solid 3 hour nap! Those don't come around very often.
I did get a few pictures... I think they like me lol.
