Sorry to hear this. Hopefully soon! How are all you animals doing? Do you have anything beside ducks an chickens?

Ducks, Chickens, Turkeys and pigs. All are doing fine. One day, I'd like to add geese. The pigs are heading to the freezer as soon as we get cooler temps.

What have you been doing today Chris?

I spent most of the day at my mom's working. We trimmed her hedges, moved a few large fountains around, and various tasks she has difficulty with.

I also went to 2 different feed stores totaling around 2.5 hours of driving. I did get 180# of feed though so it should keep me stocked for~3 weeks.

I woke to rain this morning which has thrown a wrench in the mix, but I'm not complaining. I put in about 30 hours of labor in the last 2 days. A slow start today is warmly welcomed.

dry as a bone. We were supposed to get rain last night and today, but the barometer is going up and doesn't look like it's going to happen.

You can have some of my water. I can hardly move around the yard because of all the standing water.. the rain never ends.

if I did not think dux were the devils minions I would get some because of all the water.

I like the dux ‘s looks, I have never seen a Guernsey dux before. Do they make Holstein ones too?
