I read somewhere that the trait/s for lavender feathers also caused them to have a frilly effect on them. I don't remember the thread offhand, but this lady indeed has the same feathers. I thinks it's mainly just on the saddle area, but I don't really remember what it said.
The jubilee girls feathers are nice and smooth. I've always liked this pattern, but actually seeing the individual feathers is awesome. Each one is different (okay, maybe not on the tail area, but still unique). It's much more beautiful in person than pictures.
