Between all the fowl here the turkeys are the most peculiar to me. They are fun, funny, and a bit strange. They follow me like puppies, but as soon as I turn around they get flustered and almost act like they where not following me. "QUICK, Act natural! Gobble gobble y'all". Then as soon as I start walking again I can hear them chattering right on my heels lol.

When they strut around they are about the size of a beach ball. It's really cute. I'm trying to get pictures of it, but they are camera shy.

They might not be a good representation of the breed, but they are neat to have. They are warming up to me too. One finally ate out of my hand today. It was while Mrs Blue was eating again too. She just seems to let the skittish birds know it's okay to trust me.

I'm loving this bird life!

I think Ollie got the infection spread through, his leg is VERY stiff, black and blue.. a bit crippled like, it won't even go forward. I think I can get a picture but there is a pimple like thing on his leg that makes me suspect the staph.. like you mentioned @Miss Lydia . My dad says he has some Amoxicillin I could use (If vet is expensive, we're calling tomorrow and if it's a good cost we're scheduling immediately!) So If I do need to use it how should I use it.. mouth or foot? How much?

Turns out I can't get pictures I have been keeping the ducks in my dads garage since he had a heater, my smallest duck has been cold but she won't sleep without the pekins and Ollies healing cage is in the garage. I can't ask him to unlock it since he isn't home and I've got to leave soon Tomorrow I won't forget!

By mouth is the best way tomorrow when I am on the computer I’ll get the link on giving pills to poultry. If at all possible get him to the vet. It sounds too serious for you to do anything on your own with this.
