I think it's time to go hang out with my munchkin. He's been growing up so quick. It's hard to be around him without a smile. It's quite contagious.

Chicken and Duck math are to hard to control for me. I say now I'm only getting 4 more ducks next year, but in reality I'm probably going to end up bringing home 10.

Lol, I'm not even going to estimate how many more birds will be here.

I don't need anymore chickens. With over 14 pullets (Well... 24 hens and pullets) and a small fridge I don't know what'd we do with the extra eggs I'm just going to give extra eggs to Nieces mom and have broodies hatch there eggs, give them to my friend and sell some.

The injured turkey died last night... I'm not sure what happened yet. Just incase it's contaminated in waiting till chores are done to touch it.

I have to be careful since I don't want to over crowd, and being retired and not as young as I once was I want to be able to care for everyone the best I can.

I am 69 and have 23yrs. in so I looked it to retirement ha I am making more working this company dose not pay enough. So I was told you can collect social security while you still work. I have to go another couple of years boo. if I can get a little extra a month will help feed every one or else I will have to down size. so I hear you.

I just read this elsewhere, and it's bothering me. I know everyone does not feel the way about animals as I (and y'all) do, but how can someone just tell a person to wait and see? I'm going to write them privately and suggest they come to byc for some proper advice.
