Wellllll my excitement for yesterday-

My sister, who lives about 3.5hrs from me is having her baby shower next weekend
So I'll be driving there, my 4runner was due for an oil change, I wanted them to check the brakes because it was starting to shimmy shake when braking from high speeds, so I assumed I needed pads.
HA! Apparently the rotors that were replaced almost 2 yrs ago were the wrong size!! The mechanic, who we know and trust (worth his weight in gold), said he was surprised it hadn't locked up on me...and then handed us the $300 bill
Not what I was expecting to get with an oil change and look over...

When you said 4 Runner I immediately thought ducks!brains warped! Sorry about the cost that’s a bummer. But at least your safe now. And never understood why they are called baby showers? No one gives their baby a shower. Sorry lack of sleep really messes with ones brain.

Lol!! Yes runner anything on the duck forum...I see the confusion! If the runner ducks need their oil changed, they are going to have to wait!
But yes, a pain but better than the alternative since I'll be traveling.

Also, I've been known to throw babies in the shower when they have the big stinky blow out diapers!!
