Well she wasn't very helpful.
"You better start laying eggs soon Lucy!".

So I guess it's up to me to tell the story of how our first 2 pekin ducks came to live here... Well, at least their intro to my wife. Enjoy the convo. I'm the blue tab on the right.

I can tell y’all are true animal lovers!

Do you know how you can tell real puppy love? Lock your dog and your significant other in the trunk of your car. Open it 3 hours later and check who's happy to see. That's true puppy love.

Now I'm not advocating to lock people in the trunk of cars, but I can say, not once have I ever wanted to lock an animal in the trunk of a car. I can't necessarily say that about some of the humans I've know.

It's almost midnight here. I'm hanging out, quietly reading in the Quack Shack. I've been bringing the Seramas in at night, and they are normally pretty quite, over night.

So I hear some chirping, and a small crash. I look over, and Izzy is trying to fly to me through the hardware cloth. I reached in and put her on my lap then she flew to my shoulder to preen herself. She's been sleeping for the last 20 minutes now. This really is like therapy.

It's very difficult to see. The Brinsea logo blocks a head on look. But it's out of the shell and made it to the front of the tray.
