Morning folks :frow

Chris, what we used for teething has apparently fallen out of favor. But it worked well. Get a round steak, grill it up to medium rare and then let it cool. Cut it into strips with the grain that are too big to choke on, but small enough for their little hands. Then freeze them. My kids would suck on those little strips until they were like dried out shoe leather.

That actually sounds like a great idea. Most things that he will even attempt are food. He doesn't like to chew on plastic or rubbery items, which I'm okay with. He does like meat though, and any reason to cook steak is a great idea. ;)
Thanks Bob, I'll give it a try this and let you know how it goes.
:highfive:

What are you seeing on this Turkens head Chris. I had one before a rooster huge dude too he was dumped at our church and after trying to find him a home I finally brought him home here. My husband named him Ed too tall Jones! He was a hoot but after 4 months of terrorizing my bantams I finally found him a home. I really liked that rooster.

Don't they normally have feathers on top of their head with only the neck being naked? I've only seen 2 in person, so maybe it's just my memory that's had a problem lol.

This Turken was hilarious my Game roo who was about half his size took a dislike to him right off and would scare poor Ed so bad Rufus would chase him into the coop and I’d find Ed with his head stuck behind something with his butt up in the air. He thought he was really hiding from Rufus I guess.

That's pretty funny. The picture didn't load though.
