Good morning everyone!

No key drop is indeed a strange thing.

So the blind Tomaru has survived the night, but is till not eating. I think I am going to cull it this morning. It seems to be 100% blind, just aimlessly walks around, run in to the walls, and no matter how many time I put it at the food, or food in it's face it just wont eat. It's not even pecking at the ground, or anything for that matter. As much as I want this chick to live, I am pretty sure it id going to die regardless. :(

Chris sorry about the little chick. Are there only 2 that hatched?
Yes, and as much as my wife is not going to like it, I need to get 1-2 chicks pronto.

Thte farm I got the Turkens, Guineas, and the new Serama roo is Fort Christmas Farm. Im only bringing this up, because most of the times I refer to a local farm, it's this one. I'm just going to call it FCF.

So... FCF has chicks 1-7 days old most of the time. I talked with her before the eggs hatched and she had RIR, EE, Rhode Island White, Silkie, and I think White Leghorns.

I guess it would be between the EE & RIW. I'm not interested in RIR or Leghorns, and I was going to try and trade my Silkies to her.

@rjohns39 do you have a good picture of what a proper RIW chick around a week old should look like?

Chris, These are day olds and they don't look a lot different at a week old. I think it would be difficult to tell the difference between them and the white leghorn other than ear color.

Thanks for the picture, Bob.
Yeah, so I doubt I'll get any RIW. I don't know where she gets them from. I'd never be able to tell good quality but bad quality. I'd be to stuck just thinking they're all cute.
