Does this look like fowl pox?
I have a Miss Brown too she’s an EE.you talking about you NN? Did you look inside her mouth? I’ve never had it here so I am not seeing anything can you point it out?
No,That was actually for a picture I had not posted yet. I forgot it was in the reply box. Miss Brown is doing perfectly fine. :)

The bird in question is one of the new Damp boys. :(

Welsummers, they're not what I wanted, but I'm sure that won't matter soon.
I personally love Welsummer roosters. When my neighbor was in the hospital his free ranged during the day so the second they got let out they were at my house getting treats and just brightening my day. I think the hens were Brahmas but I am not sure. That is just what I was told. Anyway he is all better now and keeps them at home. I think he missed them since they were only going home at night to sleep and lay eggs. I miss them hanging out with me and the ducks all day. Rooster Cogburn is a honey and loves attention.

Everyone got some free range time yesterday. Some of the loved it while some wanted the comforts of their hardware cloth lol. The only younger bird to not freak out was Peaches. She is such as sweet little lady. Even the General treated her as such. Actually speaking of General, he was really well behaved too. Not one single fight broke out.

Well the ducks have found the water behind our property. They actually found it a couple of weeks ago... They love it.

Thank you Elly! Annie is a Pycheon and Serama cross.
If it had not been for Seramas, I may have never have fallen in love with chickens. Rocky was the first Serama I had ever met, and that is what got me started looking at different chickens breeds. :D

He is quite the good looking fella, and those ladies... Is it rude to tell a hen she's got a plump butt? How about just saying... Those are some healthy looking ladies! :)
