Mornning everyone.

I don't typically like to bring up political stuff in my threads. I feel like it can put a potential divide between people who where just friendly to one another. The story going around right now about the 16 year old girl named Greta Thunberh, has pulled on my heart strings though.

The fact there are grown men running our country, including the potus making fun of this girl is enough proof to me she's gotten under their skin, right where she needs to be. What kind of person does it take to publicly smear a 16 year old child about having aspergers? Maybe the kind of people that think she is correct, but profit from her being wrong? Why else try and discredit her? I understand if your answer is "she is wrong" but people are attacking her as a person, not her opinions. At least that's what I feel. I did get a good chuckle when the potus was trolled by this young lady.

I have a lot of faith in my children's generation. I'm sure many parents before have said the same thing. Today though, you see a lot of children actually getting involved. Growing up to me, politics where useless, nobody took the time to teach me the importance. Not many children that I can remember held world wide protest, sit ins, or walk outs. Today though you do see that kind of stiff, and it gives me hope. Hope that maybe, just maybe somebody can finally make a change.

Anywho, this is what happens when I watch youtube at 4:30 in the morning... Off to get my coffee now. Lots to do today, more pictures to take, and hopefully something to laugh about later. I hope everyone is off to a great start.

Okay, just in case there is any confusion, there's no actual problems between Mary and I with the birds. The conversation we had yesterday was real, but the tone I set was exaggerated. We both had smiles on our faces.

Meet Drip n Drop! Light Brahma siblings, hen hatched/raised, and feisty. I'll try to get better pictures today. One might be a cockerel, but she only had the 2 left and didn't want to split them up. If so, he'll be rehomed, and my expected flock with be 2:11.

Okay, the thumbnails for these screenshots are pretty hard to see. Im just going to do one per post so I can make sense of it. These could very likely be wrong too. I'm not taking it as scripture, just having some fun.

I suspect Ms Brown to be a buff columbian. She has a few black "laced" feathers around the naked part of her neck. If not, maybe a buff blacktail, I don't know.
