The salt water can give him diarrhea, so do your best to keep him from drinking it, it's difficult. Is the scab loose at all? @Miss Lydia you have way more experience than me, what are your thoughts?
No, not loose yet. I'll try but every time I offer him normal water he shakes his head and drinks from the dang bucket.. then bites my hair :barnie He isn't the easiest patient so I'll give him more time. When the water starts getting cold should I put more warm water in?

I’d wrap him In a large towel to work on his foot I lay them so the are on their back with their butt facing away from me lift the foot up so you can get to the scab worked on
He can't use that foot so it is up.. he won't even put it down. When should I start working on it?

What antibiotics do you have? @casportpony had an article about meds and I can’t get it to you because I can’t use my computer modem died. But hopefully she’ll get this tag and share the link
