Kendra I was talking about oral antibiotics. Maybe y’all used at one time and didn’t finish. Maybe giving some oral antibiotics will help. Give the feet a couple days before trying to dig out any more.

Ok, what kind of Oral antibiotics? Honestly I don't even know what those are..
Oral means by mouth. An antibiotic that is pill capsule or liquid.
Ok, what kinds would you suggest?
Well first see what you have and then we’ll try an figure out which would be best. @casportpony is my go to for med dosage and which is best for infection.
