I ate them already. :D
I love how deep the yolk color was. I just did them scrambled with no seasoning so I could get a good feel for the actual egg taste. I don't think it's really very much different from a chicken just a bit more rich.

Thanks everyone! I can't even tell y'all how rewarding that was. I've not tasted a duck egg before tonight, and with the effort already involved with the flock, I surely want going to try someone else's eggs first.

Patti, would you say Runners lay a smaller egg? These where not exactly small, but smaller than I expected.

Cracking the shell was pretty cool in regards to the tactile response. Nice and thick shell that didn't just crumble.

I was so excited I forgot to take pictures of the inside lol.
