That is so awesome how someone can take a chainsaw and make a work of art out of a tree. Well what just struck me was God made a work of art when he created the tree in the first place! Chris what is the object at the very bottom an animal? We haven’t been able to figure that out? Nice way to get bedding too.

The lowest item i can tell is a manatee and below tha just looks like a bent over "filler" piece.

I've tried melatonin a few times in the past but it doesn't work very well for me. I need something stronger, but I'm not willing to try anything stronger. When I was younger I had a fancy for Rx downers. So now I refuse them unless it's an emergency situation.

CBD helps calm me enough to get to sleep and helps with pain while sleeping, but doesn't do much for keeping asleep.

Ever tried any herb teas? there are some like the celestial seasons Sleepy time? That's it! falling asleep isn't the problem it's staying there.
I mainly use a homemade herbal tincture. It could knock out a horse (not an autocorrect). I've always had an insomnia issue in general though. Sometimes it's getting to sleep, but most times it's staying asleep. I have to be careful what time I go to sleep because if I wake up, it's for the day. So I try not to sleep before midnight, which I've been doing. I like waking up early, but 4:00 is as early as I like it. This before 3:00 stuff is not even for the birds! ;)

Silver laced Barnevelder bantams might be in my near future. The lady who is bred Annie, Ebby, and Umbra is doing a test hatch for fertility, and I've got first dibs on chicks. They lay brown eggs, and continue through the winter. I love the Seramas, but would like a different body style in there too. Brown eggs should be pretty easy to track too.

I got another duck egg today! This is awesome. I really thought I was going to have to wait until spring time. Once I finally realized they were duck eggs, it's pretty easy to tell it apart from a chicken egg. Ebby has picked up production a bit too. She's laying about 4 a week right now. She took about a 2 week break. I can't wait till Mrs Blue starts laying some chocolate eggs.
