What makes mine crazy is year end and new year financial stuff. A lot of folks take the last two weeks of the year off so starting the first of the new year, we're crazy busy trying to close out the previous year and get the new year underway. This year, just to add to the fury, we had a major reorganization effective on the 6th.

Oh gosh that is a lot going on then for you. I am just shocked for myself how many people are buying homes during winter this year. So weird. And putting in pools, normally spring and summer are our crazy days!
