Yeah they aren't predators as such but very territorial. They are good warning and for chasing snakes and goannas away. They are basiclly bullies

Apostle birds that I have to look up.

I had to look them up as well. They are not something that has come up in the Aussie threads I hang out in. I learn something new every day on BYC.

Aussie threads I didn’t even know we had one?

There are several but I tend to hang out in 2 1/2... The 1/2 being started by an Aussie friend who has pretty much left BYC. She does come back from time to time, but she had to give up her chickens when a very poisonous snake took up residence in the coop and the snake guy had to dismantle it to get rid of the snake. Add to that a newborn and full time work and she's a busy lady. I do check in with her once a month via email.

Well that’s cool Bob I love talking to members from other countries except Minnesota. Members who come from there seem to have something against Dux and are always bad mouthing them
