Well the medicine for the birds came in yesterday. So this morning I had my first hands-on experience with given an injection, to anything. It went better than I expected oh, but I was still a little uncomfortable about it. Huge thank you to @casportpony for taking the time to educate me on caring for illnesses, again. :bow:bow:bow

Good gosh darn it! Not even 10 minutes after I injected the chickens, and let everybody out of the shack, I noticed one of the turkeys faces blew up overnight. Highly doubt I'll be able to catch it, which means I'll have to wait till tomorrow to treat it. Which means I'll be maintaining antibiotics on two different schedules.

Respiratory illness. I treated both flocks with Sulfa, and for the most part they healed up. The Bantam flock is free and clear, however the large fowl flock did not quite get over it. I'm not able to limit their water sources down to just medicated water being that we have standing water. They cleared up for a little bit, but I noticed they started going to the standing water to drink. About a ~week after that their symptoms flared back up, while the Bantam flock has been healthy the entire time. So I wanted to find an injectable medication that way I can be sure they are being treated
