That's exactly how I felt reading somewhere warmer like Maryland or Delaware. I guess that's just the concept I don't understand cuz to me that sounds like an icebox in either one of those locations.

I've been to both those states and they're typically warmer in the summer and fall. Not sure about winters but they have beaches

Last night we watched the news because they were doing a story on a dangerous bus stop in our town. It's on an S curve road where they never maintain tall grass and the cars speed by super close to the kids. Just as they're talking about how the cars are whizzing by, I notice a familiar Jeep racing by in the shot. So we back up... that looks like my husband's jeep. Wait a minute, that looks like my husband's wedding ring. Yep, that's my husband. Whoops.

And just for the record he doesn't speed by when during bus stop time, but the county really should maintain that area so the kids don't have to basically stand IN the road.

Delaware can't be considered a southern state, can it?

Anywhere that is snows is "Northern" to me. Which is basically everywhere.

Not sure but they get huge temperature swings. It can be 100f+ in the day and 40s at night.
