I’ve never seen Runners marked with black and then white bibs. They are beautiful and Puff ball doesn’t appear to be Fawn an white maybe all white? I’ll get on my computer and get mines baby pics up. White isn’t easy to find so you got lucky there. They are beautiful.

Do you think they’re mixed? The seller was on eBay and shut down his account so I can’t ask him.

Yesterday my favorite hen, Blue, passed away. I have no idea why. She has just turned two, so she wasn’t old at all. She seemed fine yesterday morning and into the afternoon. I reviewed my cameras to see if I could figure out what happened and it was so weird. At 3:30pm she came into the coop, ate some food and hopped into the nesting box. I don’t believe she laid an egg. By 4:30 she was dead on the floor of the coop. Could she have been egg bound? Doesn’t that take more time?

Oh so sorry that really sucks.

Very sorryTooshay. I found one of my 3 yr old Salmon Faverolle dead on the walk way last Sunday at first we thought snake bite but we couldn’t find any sign of trauma. Like Bob said no way of knowing.

What is going on is it the weather.

Found out I have another baby goose except it has 2 mommys.there is no daddy to claim the responsibility. Lol I hope they don't fight over it so far so good.

Puffball looks huge!!! Is she older??

I don’t know much about ducks but to me they kind of look more like Swedish and Pekin??? And I would say Puffball is a created duck?

But some of them, like the bibbed ones, do have slightly more of an upright stance so possible they’re mixed. Maybe by accident? Or on purpose, who knows. Do they have any other breeds???

They could be mixed the bills remind me of Runners. You can get mixed colors from mixing colors I just had 2 duckling hatch that have Fawn and white mamas and blk daddy’s pure Runners it will be interesting to see what these will turn out to look like.
