How many duckys are there?

Just five left after the dog attack. One drake, four females, all muscovies.

Hopefully they can procreate again one day. And doggo stays away. I've never really thought about it but now I have, I am suprised that cats and dogs are allowed in NZ given all the rare and little bite sized animals. We have states here where its illegal to own rabbits and the like due to damage wild rabbits cause (fines range from $2,200 to $44,000)

We need to move in that direction. Unfortunately, the only aspiring politician who took domesticated predators seriously in terms of their impact on wildlife was quite an unpleasant person in almost every other way, so that didn't do the cause much good!

Awww I am excited too. Something about a brood you turn into a mother hen for 4 weeks. They they to big to cuddle.
