The other day the geese were out and I needed them in, and they know when I start walking at them what I want so they kind of just do it, lol. After ten years Lacie has it pretty much down and the other geese follow her. Pixel went running at them and they moved and then filed into the run and I shut the gate and she was SO proud of herself, lol. Even though the geese did it themselves, haha.

But today I had to herd some loose chickens back into their run. Pixel was....enthusiastic, but not much help, lol. I mean, she did help me get them out of the woods, at least. But then I had to put her in the car because she started just kind of running at them willy nilly and that wasn't helpful.

She really WANTS to move the birds, she just doesn't know what she's doing. I think I will get her in herding classes next spring. She seems like she could do it.

They attempted to eat me as I took pictures of them. Little dinosaurs. I got like 20 pictures yesterday.
