A positive is I am half hour closer to major city, and I am now placed 40km between my current closest hospital (run by nurses only telehelath doctor) and a different small hospital that has an on call doctor and 24hr xray. So medical care wise, its very good

Still a bit of distance, but any positive is good. Hopefully you don't have to downsize any of your livestock.

Yes, I made sure they were warm enough. Went and picked up a space heater just now, hopefully that will be enough until I get paid next Friday.
