I don't know if they would like them. Blanca Duck on the other hand is not even scared of mice, she told me that those taste good , so she would definitely not run away from dropping mulberries. My ducks are even clever enough to rip out the protective rows of onions planted around these tasty tomato plants…

How big of a mouse can ducks even eat? I haven’t seen mice in a few years, and my ducks haven’t either. One ate 2 salamanders once though

I don't think they'd say anything at the border if I happened to have a few 'sticks' in the car. Especially if they happen to be in my luggage, lol!

I'll let you know when the trip solidifies and we get closer to the date. I'd love to actually visit you. Maybe one day!

Mice are squishy, they fit down a gullet easily.

Happy Third Monday to Everybody!​

Cold but sunny here with some frosty nights in the forecast. I went to the local hardware/garden/feed store yesterday in the afternoon to buy two long wood screws to fix my damaged mailbox-post. I found the right screws, but also bought a
50lbs bag of bran - i want to start a meal-worm farm, Blanca Duck is excited and tried to eat the bran…
Some concentrated fungicide to spray on my fruit trees, just need to wait for two days without rain and frost-nights.
A pound of sunflower-seeds, not for the ducks to eat, but to try and grow my own sunflowers this year.
Three pounds of anti-duck, tomato- and pepper plant protection red-onions.
A black- and a red-raspberry shrub. I didn't want to grow them, these plants are just pincushions and guess who will have to harvest... - but wifie said »pleeeeese«…
And they had cherry-trees! »Bush Cherry Trees« - What's a "bush-tree"? Isn't that a contradiction in itself? - Anyways, i bought two :Carmine Jewel Bush Cherries" and they kept just my left arm… At least i will get a refund if the trees die within the first year.

Best thing happened at the register: Somehow they forgot to ring up the two screws.
But they also forgot to pack them into the bag.

So i have to go back to that store tomorrow to get those dang screws.
Guess i will wear a blind fold this time…

Blanca, together with her sister Earthquack tried to eat a chipmunk once. And Blanca tried to eat a two feet long snake once…
Salamanders? Lizards? Geckos? - Yeah, we had those before the ducks…
At the moment its toad-buffet time. - No, the toads have not opened a buffet, they are the buffet. Toads, tadpoles and eggs.
Makes me think, if i invite that pesky gecko from Geicrap here, maybe we could get rid of their pesky crapvertisements…

A wabbit once tried to eat the duck's treats…
Since then i know where the saying »pecked to death by ducks« comes from. Wabbit survived by hiding under the patio until the ducks were locked up for the night.

I wonder if bush trees are just a new name for dwarf trees and they are hoping the name will entice people enough to think it's something completely new and so they must haves it! But its really just a new swing tag on the dwarf trees
