So funny that you should say that as I have told my kids on my bus that I could ride Oscar, my 15 pound Muscovy to the bus garage because he had gotten so big. lol He has been rehomed and when I looked on our Craigslist all of the adult listings were gone. A few weeks ago there were several both male and female adults and now none just ducklings. Sorry you can't find any.

I just have to be patient and there will be some 'scovies in my future.

He ate it by mistake. Granddaughter asked him if he wanted to see her pet slug Rosie, He had bad hearing and thought she was giving him something to eat and put it in his mouth and just swallowed it. She cried forever because Rosie was gone.

Good that it was a pet-slug and not a pet-toad!

Kids are maturing earlier and earlier these days! - Just let the ducks and ducklings out and found a duckling egg in the duck run:

Two of the ducklings have graduated from the waterslide to the drinking bowl yesterday and today one of them already laid an egg!
It feels like yesterday when they were eggs…

Yes I have heard that they can fly pretty well since they are small. I clipped my 4 little boy drakes as soon as I got them so that they would not leave. Now I am watching for them to molt so that I will do it again as I will not trust them not to fly away.

Why should they even think about flying away from a nice, safe home where there is always food and water available plus a humon servant serving yummy treats?
