Sounds like your weather pattern follows ours with a six month delay. We've dried out from flooding. Rainfall lower than average currently but thats completely normal after a length of wetEven the kiddie pools are green!
We live fully in the plains - western edge of the Pannonian basin, 600 ft above sea level.
It's just that this year we've had an unusual amount of rain; in the capital city Ljubljana which is located at the middle of the country there's been +15% rain vs. long term average and highest since 1948; in the east, where we are, there has been even more.
