Any guesses on my two Silkies, Barred Rock and I assume a Cochin or Brahma bantys? The white silkie doesn't have a comb showing yet but has some hair-do going on. The black or blue? (not sure the difference) one has more of a comb showing from what I can tell. I know Silkies are hard to sex and these four little guys are only about 3 + weeks old but just for fun I thought I'd post and see what the guesses were. Thanks!!!

It is kinda early still but I'm fairly sure the Blue Silkie, Rock, and Cochin are cockerels. With that much comb development this young its not a good sign for pullets.

You are right. I totally overlooked that.

I have some new pictures of the babies! I hope this can help someone tell me what we got. The past batch I got is 3 cockerels and 1 hen too, lol! I was really hoping the silkies the were hens but it appears we have 1 of one each. I just can't identify which is which. I really thought the blue was the hen, or maybe just hoping lol. The cochin now has red wattles and comb so I didn't bother taking pictures of him lol.
