A man after my own heart. Let's talk about cute chicks. 2 problems. What I think is cute, and what you think is cute, might be two different things. Second problem is the cutest ones almost always have some kind of drawback, to keep them from being perfect. Ever watch the movie Shallow Hal?
Anyway, for small, cute, friendly I think my first choice would be a sebright. Super cute, but super hard to find, and they fly like the mischief. Most of the birds do not fly well is because they are big. Hard to get all that weight off the ground. My choice here would be Wyandotte. Everything you're asking about, except they're going to weigh in at 7 to 8 lb roughly. So you're probably back to silkies. Not my cup of tea. But they certainly match all your requirements. Except I personally don't think they're especially cute. Come back anytime. I love talking about cute chicks.
