I have so many on my wish list. I really want hedemoras and vorwerks. I also lust after partridge cochin, Penedesenca (though my climate might be too cold for them), chantecler, buckeye, ameraucana, barnevelder, faverolle, and of course svart höna.

So I looked on the Henderson chicken breed chart and Cornish are actually cold hardy according to them, unlike I previously thought

But if I really had to pick...lavender d'Uccle, mahogany old english, blue mille fleur (which is pretty much golden neck d'uccle- since most people get shipped that anyway), dark brahma, light and buff brahma. Mottled Cochins, mottled japanese, silver penciled cochin, splash cochins and splash OEGB, cream buttercup OEGB..blue golden wheaten OEGB, blue red OEGB, porcelain d'Uccle, sultan, RIR,

Those are in bantam, I know I forgot many...

and in standard, Egyptian Fayoumi, Silver Spangled Hamburg, Buff laced Polish, Tolbunt Polish, Hedemora.

But if I really REALLY had to choose, probably serama because they're tiny and I can pretend they're not a chicken so I can keep 2.

I sure wish you lived closer to Maryland, US. I have a beautiful show/breeding pair of porcelain d'uccles that need a home.

My Ideal236s shriek at me. And flap and throw themselves at fences and coop walls when I walk near them.
I have a giant mutt rooster of who has a mustache, a white chest, red and black saddle, black and green and white tail. He has crooked toes from being raised on a wire floor before I got him. And he shrieks at me and floofs up. But when I pet him, he closes his eyes and makes happy grunts.

It's spring and my search history is full of hatcheries, but my space is limited. There are sooo many breeds I wish I had that I either can't find, can't afford or both
What are some breeds you wish you had or wish were easier to find??
