Yellow cheesy ear discharge.

I noticed my bantam frizzle's ears looked like they were scabbed shut. When I picked it off this bright yellow stuff with a fine cottage cheese texture came out. I cleaned them best I could and have been using an NFZ puffer on them. If I miss one day they get crusted shut and very bulgey. Any ideas what this might be?

What is a NFZ puffer? Birdie needs some antibiotic ointment for his ear as the cheezy stuff IS pus/infectious material. Any other symptoms with your banty?

The NFZ puffer is bought in feed stores, Tractor Supply... It's actually for ear and eye infections in dogs and cats. It's in a bottle with a little hole in the top and when you squeeze it, it puffs powder in the ear. Other than this you would never know there was anything wrong with Nellie. She's out and about with everyone else acting completely normal.
