Writer-I have a package for you. It's two books and some yarn. It still needs to be taped and I'll try that tomorrow. If I can't get it off to the school before the 24th, I'll send it to you.
Writer-I'm happy to pass along some patterns and a bit of yarn, too. Unfortunately, as I explained to someone else I'd offered yarn to, I'm taking narcotics around the clock now, so getting to the post office is a project & I don't feel reliable. I'll keep it in mind, though, and send when I...
Thank you all for the kind wishes. The plan is for improvement starting 2 weeks after physical therapy, which hasn't started, and to be healed in 6 weeks. WhenI rest the elbow on the arm of the chair, I can work on simple scarves. I have to rest it every minute or so, but can get a few inches...

The cat tribute is lovely.
Mnferalkitty- Thank you for the good care you gave your cat. It will always help.

Speckledhen-
The shawl is beautiful.
I'm sorry about your house. I have a large stash of yarn at home (in California; I'm presently in South Carolina) and someone is giving me more when I get home at the beginning of April. If you PM your address, I'd be happy to send some.
