So I actually have a question about this. As many of you know (cause I've been practically shouting it from the rooftops lol) I finally got my first cochin eggs earlier this week :wee
I strongly suspect it is my Buff girl laying the eggs but I am not 100% certain, because NONE of my cochins...
None of my new layers have really figured out the boxes yet.
These were partially buried and hidden from view in a back corner behind their feeder. Never would have found them if I weren't actually digging through the bedding in true crazy chicken lady style ;)
I know! It feels like Christmas over here! Just cooked up some hard boiled eggs for the whole family (chickens included of course) to celebrate lol. Didn't cook the Cochin eggs though. They are just too cute. Gonna let them decorate the counter for awhile :D
