Listen I don't really know what has been going down on this thread as I have been absent from it for several months. What I do know is there are a couple of people who have already contacted me and sent me Spring swaps, which is awesome and I really really appreciate that. juststruttin, crfarms...
Hey everyone, Haven't been on the swap in a long time, but just wanted to peek in...
I was recently informed by a member of the swap that I am last on the list to receive my spring eggs that were claimed last fall. Unfortunately, that timing really isn't going to work out for me, so I thought...
Just to clarify, since this was mentioned in the same post, my re-swapping my swaps has nothing to do with the person selling swap eggs on ebay, that was Wayne. I was the one who found out what he was doing, and informed the thread admins. I also was the one who found all of the info about his...
I'm fine waiting, I just am not good at selling/getting rid of stuff so I'm just trying to pare down my spring eggs coming in rather than spending time & effort hatching things I'm not going to keep.

Hey everyone, I have a couple of spring swaps that I would like to sell or side swap, I'm giving these up because I either couldn't wait and already hatched my own, or I decided I don't need/want to add the particular breed, or I have sufficient stock already. Here is what I have:
6 Cream...
I don't really have any sources here either but just my general knowledge, I would think that would be true if you were feeding them iceberg lettuce for example...the green leafy types would be much better, green leaf, red leaf, bib, etc.
I know, right? It's because I live in an rural area adjacent to some very developed suburban areas and there is only ONE feed store basically so they can pretty much charge whatever they want. I had NEVER seen grass hay for $12/bale until I moved here and I nearly had a heart attack!!
I don't think that's common even in the dog world, usually if you buy a pup to show, work or breed, the originating kennel's name must be in the registered name. Then the next generation is associated with your kennel name. I'm sure it differs breed to breed but that is mostly what I have seen...
