    Pullet vs Cockerel

    My gut/pics are telling me cockerel but for the sake of my family loving this one I’m hoping it’s a she! No other barreds to compare in our flock. 4-5 weeks with one of my 5-6 week buffys and an australorp 4-5 weeks. Waddles developing, comb VERY pale pink 3-4 weeks old

    Lavender Orpington crosses?

    Do Barred Plymouth Rock roosters have blue tail feathers?

    I am deciding which breed rooster to add to my flock and saw a beautiful photo online of a BPR roo that had some blue tail feathers. Is that common or did someone cross BPR with another breed to achieve that? thanks!

    Could this be a mix?

    I purchased this as a barred Plymouth Rock at my local supply store in May. But as I’m looking at her, her legs are not completely yellow but have a grey/green line down the front. Is she a true BPR or is she a mix?
