Wow, their usually low! Did you do multiple calibrations on it...I do, I'll run 3 calibrations each time I calibrate mine for repeatability. Something to consider.

Went 2 times on the calabration I did get another to go along with it. I tested it 2 times also. It's dead on on the temp and 1 of on the humidity. I can live with that.

I actually got my husband to help me candle 225 eggs last night! Winning! Birds are normally my interest and responsibility. Still have a little over 200 growing. He even built me a nice sized brooder yesterday. AND it’s in our shed and not the house.... which is awesome. Those booger’s get stinky.

My 3wk olds will be going in the cage I have in my sun room today. Finally, I will not have to mess with cleaning out the brooder every few days. For now the cage will just be elevated on 4x4 boards with plastic sheets under it on the floor to catch droppings. There is a huddle box with a solid floor that we will have to clean, but shouldn't be a big deal. I'm going to put pine shavings in the cuddle box for easy cleaning and insulation. I'll post pics later after they are in the cage.

Well I got another incubator its a Farm Inavations 4250 pro series. The problem is it's got a fan but it dont turn over enough air to circulate the heat. I'm still getting layers like you do in a still air. Anyone here see this?
