➡ Quail Hatch Along🥚

Bye do you think they’d be okay tucked up against a garage/side of house? It’s really protected on that side. Not just the garage but also a fence/wall on another side and just in general it’s got a lot of trees and bushes and stuff on all sides that break the wind/slow it down before it would even get to the garage.

You should check out “Slightly Rednecked’s” outdoor coop on his YouTube channel. He’s in MO somewhere which would be (I suppose) warmer than you, but you might get some good ideas from him.

That's good to know. I wishhhh I had a hatchery close by so the eggs didn't have to suffer through shipping. I think the first batch I ordered got bonked by shipping. This batch thankfully just the few rotten dudes in the extras and very few clears(compared to the first)in the celadons. Is myshires website catalog up to date? I have no facebook for auctions :/
yes he keeps web catalog up to date and my first orders were actually through their ebay store. *jennagreen*
you’re able to get eggs from @CoturnixComplex?? and theoretically after you build a flock, you can start hatching your own to avoid having to have eggs shipped in! If you want more celadons, I personally would try kcquail as they are much closer than myshire. i’ve put eggs in the cart more than once but haven’t actually ordered yet

You need a permit for cots in Wyoming? That's nuts.
Yes. One is even needed for ornamental pheasants also. If the person only uses them for self use (can't even give away an egg) the permit is free. If selling or giving away anything, eggs, meat, or live birds, the permit costs $50.

It gets p cold there. And sometimes tornadoes

Yeah, when I was Googling it it said they can get a lot of snow and stuff which I never realized. I think I thought it was in the south. Or maybe I was mixing it up with Mississippi. Idk. But I used to think Kentucky was in the south too. :lau

I always forget most of these are actually Midwest haha
