1 week old Baby Silkie is very weak and not eating

I have a baby she is not growing and not eating or drinking I started her on hard boiled egg yolk mixed with a little water to soften it up I have also given her some Poly-sol baby drops and she will liven up and hold her head up for only a moment. I have never had this issue before with any of my hatches, I am not sure what else to do for her she came back to me from a customer today. Kind of wish she had called me sooner

Sounds like you are providing good supportive care.
Any chance she may have Cocci, you may want to treat her for that.
Hopefully someone else may have a better idea.
