Wow!!! Now that's a job!!
Yeah im so stressed out lol, but the 3 other ducks have small spots on them so its really easy but the 2 pekins and the chickens have it really bad

I think it's soak, try and remove scab carefully if you can,dry foot then apply iodine, then wrap foot in clean bandages. Daily. @chickens really please correct me if I'm wrongShould i soak them and apply the iodine over the spot once or twice a day for a few days then take off the scab or should i just soak once and take off the scab? I didn't know if applying it for a few days before taking off the scab would help at all so thats why im asking

you're on the right track!! Only do what your capable of doing and what the animals are capable of doing for each day. You got this!!I just finished reading everything and wow, its very helpful, thank you so much for sending me the link. I soaked everyone tonight and applied iodine and wrapped them up and like i said, tomorrow morning I'll do the surgeries, with how bad the two ducks and chickens are i don't think i can do all of the surgeries in one day though.
