I'm so frustrated...tonight I grabbed her again to soak her foot and clean it out and I could feel a large lump in there so I did a little more cutting thinking that I saw it ( would see random white/cream bumps which I'm assuming is the infection?) but couldn't get to the big ball. I squeezed quite a bit and there was lots of blood but not a lot of puss and couldn't get a kernel to pop out. I know I feel something hard in there and don't know if I should open the wound up more? Or Sterilize a needle and poke it to try and drain any puss or just leave it...any advice would be very helpful! I do have some pics but they're pretty blurry:( she is still eating and drinking and standing on it...

My ducks get scabs on their feet all the time. And only once have I had to treat bumble. I’ve had my ducks a little over a year. It normally heals on its own if it’s just a scab.

Yea I normally don't worry about them unless there's a large lump under them...it's an open wound now so maybe I'll just keep soaking it, put some prid on it and some ointment. Just wanting to get the infection out so she doesn't get a fever the ball is the size of a cherry I think.

Well the cherries I have at my grocery store would be a huge spot of bumble. I would continue to put ointment on it.
