And I just use broken down cardboard boxes as a cover...it falls in sometimes, but hey they are big chicks and we are talking about cardboard, so no injuries have occurred.

I like the dog kennel idea. My six chicks are already getting to big for the tote they are in.
 
there was a chicken egg festival in my home town this weekend and we went last night they had several orpingtons they were some of the pretty chickens of all the ones there
