I have enough coop/run space butnot brooder space. My buffs won't go to the coop for another two weeks but I have get the blacks now or not get them local as the breeder isn't breeding blacks anymore...

Just six... I have six buffs. Hopefully they will all do well and I will have a dozen. 10 hens and two roosters...lol

Thats what they thought they are mess,I cant keep up with them, we had 21 chicks in some brooders, we had them in the large long rubbermade totes in my wash room

Until they decided to start escape, had one it was good at getting out

Are they enjoying the chicks? This is my first flock and my daughter is thrilled with the chicks. She plays with them and helps with everything.
