The only pair of booties I ever tried to make was before DS#2 was due. They came out two different sizes.

If he'd had two different size feet, he could have worn them!

If we worked together maybe we could come up with two pair that are right? With my luck it would be 2 left feet

You guys are too funny! You have to make both at the same sitting so all factors are the same...mood=yarn tension. Or maybe if you made more pairs some would come out the same size.

Kgee, I'm such a slow poke with the hook, there's no way I could make two in one sitting! Way back then or now either. Back then I could use the excuse of DH, DS#1, job, housework, animals, church, friends dropping in, etc. Now, SAH grandma babysitting two little ones, animals, too many hobbies, church, friends dropping in, etc. But really I'm just slow!

Okay, Mommas out there...how big are baby heads & baby feet? Would someone please get out a tape measure. (Mine are out of the nest with no grandkids in sight.) I made a couple of caps & booties...they look pretty small...Maybe I need to get one of those lifesize babydolls to try stuff on

Hey everyone!! I got the babyghan!!!

It is soooo pretty!! Thank you guys so much!!! I think the best thing about it is that I know it was made with love!!! There was also a amigurumi bear with a blankie, and a beautiful card, and some cute yellow booties

I will try to post pics this weekend. Uploading them is time consuming and I haven't had a whole lot of extra of that lately lol
