How's she doing this morning? so many good information for you yesterday.. I'd just continue to give her the Cal glu over meal worms if she'll eat them that way then you don't have to worry about getting the liquid down the wrong hole. Of course if you think you can do the syringe then by all means you just have to be very careful where that liquid goes.

I saw mentioned before about drakes and layer feed. DO give your females layer feed and the drakes to. I read somewhere that you can give males layer feed.

Sorry it took me so long to reply!! My phone died while I was typing and I didn’t have a chance to charge it until abt a half hour ago. Anyway I woke up this morning to two welsh harlequin eggs and since we only have 2 welshies I can assume that Marzi laid her egg (one is considerably larger than the other). I took miss lydia’s Advice and instead of using the syringe I just mixed the calcium gluconate with mealworms because after some research Im weary about using a syringe. I believe I could do it if I had to but since she’s doing better now I’ll just stick to extra oyster shells and puttin the calcium over mealies. She’s acting completely normal which is great and I’m so so happy I was able to help her and so thankful for all of your help you guys were amazing and now I’ll have what I need if this god forbid happens again. Oh yeah and I forgot to mention marzipans actually my gfs duck lol, but my gf doesn’t live with me so I care for Marzi when she’s not here, so we were both kind of freaking out yesterday. Lol we got Marzi and my other welshy, juniper as hatchlings from metzer and they were our first ducks so I always completely freak out if anything happens to them. Once again thank you all so so much for all of your help

Oh and as promised here’s some pics!!
Marzipan is the lighter of the 2 welshies, juniper is the darker one.
Sumatra is the Cayuga and penny is the jumbo pekin, they’re both still just babies, although some of the pics are older.
Honey is the female khaki Campbell and Salem is the male
