first egg just hatched

is the chick suposed to have a large bloody mass attached to it? also its knocking the other eggs in the incubator around what should i do. :

I had some like that. It will dry and fall off, but if it is alot it may be part of the yolk sac. Mine were fine. They seem to like playing soccer with the unhatched eggs, they don't hurt them.
