First time hatching ducklings need help!

I want those little cuties!!

We had a pair of wood ducks that kept visiting our pond. I kept hoping that she had built a nest nearby, I really wanted to see little ducklings, born in the wild. They were around for several weeks, then just gone.

How are your wood duck ducklings? I rescued one and it is about 4 weeks old now and doing well. How old and how big are they now?
